353rd Fighter Group

Our Aim

First and foremost, to have fun. We will try to emulate the function of the real 353rd FG in every arena and scenario. To build the 353rd FG into respected and reputable members of the Aces High community.

Membership

353rd Fighter Group membership is ‘OPEN’ to all people regardless of skill level. All we ask is that you participate in our weekly squad missions and you adhere to the standard operating procedures listed here. All new members will have the Rank of Cadet for the initial 1 to 2 months. We reserve the right to decline players under the age of 18.

Expectations from a member of the 353rd Fighter Group

We expect members to have fun. We will be representing the 353rd FG in Aces High. There will be little tolerance given to anybody that directly or indirectly effects the squadron in a negative fashion. This can be done ONLINE, In-Person, or on the AH BBS. We will expect all members to behave properly in a public forum and on Aces High public radio channels. Any member who brings dishonour to the 353rd FG will be subject to dismissal.

Attendance and Participation

The 353rd FG will not record attendance. All we ask is our members attempt to make our missions as often as possible. Members will be asked to notify their squadron leader to let them know if they will be unable to make a group mission.

Battle Fatigue

If at such a time a member has real life issues that will prohibit him from participating in group events for a certain amount of time, we will place that individual on ‘Battle Fatigue’ status. Under this status individuals are not expected to make group events.

Mission Events and Times

The 353rd Fighter Group will perform group missions three nights a week.

• Monday 8:30 PM EST is our Squad night in the Mid War arena. Side and mission will be decided depending on arena balance. 
• Thursday 9 PM EST is our FSO warm up where we will practice with our FSO ride.
• The 353rd Fighter Group will participate in the FSO Friday nights at 11 PM EST.

These are the 353rd FG Standard Operating Proceedures. They may be modified as required with the approval of the command staff with member input but these are the guidelines we will follow.
